We are looking for a (Associate) Partner Growth Manager with up to 2 years of sales or account management experience in the Digital, E-commerce, or Affiliate Marketing industries to start as soon as possible. Join our team in Munich working with the top brands in Fashion, Home, and Beauty!


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Your primary focus will be to sign and launch new partnerships with brands and retailers in France in the Fashion, Beauty and Home & Living verticals. You’ll lean on your persistence, creativity, and drive to grow the French market.

  • You are relying on your relationship skills, business acumen and prioritization skills to build a pipeline of prospects to grow the Fashion, Beauty and Home verticals on the Stylight website. 

  • You are responsible for reaching country goals by reaching out to prospects, leading successful sales calls, launching direct affiliate marketing partnerships as well as connecting and leveraging affiliate networks and agencies. 

  • Thanks to your great client-oriented personality, you successfully manage and develop a portfolio of existing Stylight partners and maximize its revenue potential by consulting on and upselling advertisement and paid placement opportunities while keeping satisfaction of partners high. 

  • You research benchmarks, networking events and competitive offerings as well as liaising with internal teams on new initiatives/processes to grow the business. 

  • Potential travel includes attending affiliate marketing, affiliate network and E-Commerce events in France.


What you bring along

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing, Sales, or E-commerce role. A focus on fashion or retail is a plus.

  • Previous experience in Client Services and/or Account Management in relevant markets.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience.

  • With your positive, tenacious and motivated attitude you are eager to make a name for yourself in Digital Marketing - a "No" as an answer is not an option for your Sales Spirit.

  • Proficient experience in reporting & analytics, CRM and navigating internal/external dashboards.

  • You are fluent in French and English.
